Ascot Psychology provides psychology services to private clients through Medicare and Private Health.

Fees

The fee for a standard 50 minute consultation is $230. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare will rebate $131.65 of the consultation fee leaving an out of pocket cost of $98.35 per consultation.
​Please note: Late appointments (4pm onwards) attract a $20 premium.

Medicare

For individuals who are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (developed by a GP or Psychiatrist) a maximum of 20 sessions per calendar year can be accessed with a significant medicare rebate. A review with your GP is required after the first six sessions, and then again after the first 10 sessions.

Appointments are available in person or via Telehealth.

Private Health

You may be eligible for a rebate through your private health insurance depending on your premium. Ascot Psychology works with all private health insurance funds. We will issue you a receipt to take to your health fund for claiming purposes.

Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. If you cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50 per cent of the session fee. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of your appointment.
